Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your tumbler for any reason, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.
Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the tumbler must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered. Please contact us at citytumbler@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned tumbler, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange your tumbler for a different style, size, or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. The item must meet the return criteria, and additional shipping fees may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your tumbler arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund as needed.
